How do I book Picxlart Photography & Events Co.?

Booking is confirmed upon payment of the required advance amount and confirmation of event details. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
How much advance payment is required?

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be cleared on the event day or reception day.
What photography and videography services do you provide?

We provide Wedding Photography, Cinematic Wedding Films, Pre-Wedding Shoots, Rice Ceremony Photography, Birthday Coverage, Thread Ceremony Photography, Event Photography, Corporate Photography, Traditional Videography, Candid Photography, and customized photography solutions.
Do you provide both photography and videography services?

Yes. We offer complete photography and videography coverage, including candid photography, traditional photography, cinematic films, teaser videos, highlight films, and premium photobooks.
Can I customize my package?

Yes. We offer customized packages based on your event requirements. Additional services or modifications after booking may affect the final package value.
Do you cover destination weddings and outstation events?

Yes. We cover destination weddings and outstation events. Additional travel, accommodation, and logistics charges may apply depending on the location.
Do you offer pre-wedding and post-wedding shoots?

Yes. We offer creative pre-wedding, post-wedding, and couple photography sessions at indoor and outdoor locations.
Do you provide corporate photography and event coverage?

Yes. We provide professional coverage for conferences, seminars, corporate events, product launches, branding shoots, award ceremonies, and commercial assignments.
Do you provide drone photography and videography?

Yes. Drone coverage is available where local regulations permit. Necessary permissions must be arranged by the client.
How long does delivery take?

The delivery timeline begins only after the client submits the final photo selections for album design. From the submission date, all deliverables including Photobook, Teaser/Trailer Video, and Full Event Film are delivered within a maximum of 90 days.
What if I delay selecting my photos?

Delays in photo selection will automatically delay the project timeline. If selections are not submitted within 90 days from the event date, data storage and data handling charges may become applicable.
What deliverables will I receive?

Depending on your package, deliverables may include edited photographs, premium photobook, cinematic teaser, highlight film, full event film, and digital copies.
Do you provide raw photos and videos?

Raw photographs may be provided depending on the selected package. Raw video footage is not supplied.
Is the booking amount refundable?

Booking advances are non-refundable. In certain cases, the amount may be adjusted against another available service, subject to approval.
What happens if my event date changes?

Please inform us as early as possible if your event date changes. We will try to accommodate the new date based on availability.
Do you provide props for photography sessions?

No. We do not provide props for pre-wedding, post-wedding, rice ceremony, birthday, corporate, or any other photography sessions.
Who pays location charges and entry fees for outdoor shoots?

All location charges, permits, entry fees, transportation expenses, and miscellaneous costs for outdoor shoots are to be borne by the client.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods.
Will my photos and videos be shared publicly?

Selected photographs and videos may be used for our portfolio, website, social media platforms, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What is the Dream Wedding Support Program?

Through our CSR Initiative, we support a limited number of deserving families every year by providing wedding photography assistance based on eligibility and internal review.
